Wouldn't it be great if we don't have to wrry about our weight and eat anything, anytime, EVERYTHING we want in this world? But sadly, this is not the case. Because eating good food equals to gaining weight and working out.
I know we all get cravings, like chips, ice cream, pasta, instant noodles, chocolate, gummi bears, soft pretzels, fries, hot dogs, sushi... and the list goes on. i know they tell us to control our portions, but seriously, once you put it in your mouth, how can you possibly stop.
So I was wondering if anyone has any low calorie foods they snack on that stops these unwanted cravings, which causes us to feel oh so guilty afterwards?
I snack on:
1) Gum (I stopped because I chewed to the point I had a muscle spasm in my jaw muscles and I had to go see the doctor. funny, but true T_T)
2) Smarties (230 calories for a pack! you pop one in your mouth it could last you a minute, by the time your done the pack your not hungry anymore!)
Thanks guyz.

Number 1 Choice: Watermelon. Less than 50 calories per cup, sweet, and filled with tons of water. I heard that it also helps prevent breast cancer...? I'm not sure if I remembered correctly though. But seriously. It's great.
Hmm... there's also peppermint flavoured Tootsie Pops (but they only sell those around Christmas )':). They're about 80 calories, I think? But they last like a long long time. @A@
If I want something salty or something, I eat a packet of rice crackers. Guhhh, so delicious. I never cared to read the nutrition facts though, lol.

I snack on gum and Combos (whenever I'm hungry, I eat a bag and I'm not hungry). Same goes for Pop-tarts, and other candies.
