I'm not sure which cable is best to connect my TV to my computer. Right now I have a Sony Bravia 40 in LCD and a regular Dell computer. Which HDMI cable (if it's an HDMI cable) has the best digital transfer quality? I wannnna watch my movies on the new 40 in but not sure what cable to use...

We need to know what connectors your computer and tv has.
Most TVs have a HDMI input, component input, and some have VGA input.
Computers have VGA output and some have DVI, HDMI, or component outputs depending on the age.
Most of the time people get a DVI to HDMI cable to connect a computer to their TV. VGA is on all computers and if the TV has it... not bad to use either.
Last resort is to hope the computer has S-Video output and use that for the tv.

Well, I know for sure my TV has an HDMI input, it has like 4 of them. Is there any connector that is like USB on one end and HDMI on the other?
And what is the usual price range for these cables? My TV is about 15 ft away from my computer. I'm looking around but I don't want to get ripped, yah know.
And Thanks for your help you guys! Maybe I'll look into the VGA - HDMI cable...but really prefer USB input thing...

well if you want to use your hdmi port on your TV things will get a little more complicating. because yout PC by default doesn't output hdmi you would need a video card that will output HDMI.
you can find those on newegg.com and such, but from my experience the HDMI video cards aren't that great yet.
another way is to get a vga to hdmi converter box, which will convert the analog vga signal to an digital hdmi signal. you can get one of thse for about $40 on monoprice.com
unless you're watching some blu-ray hi-def stuff, i would just use the vga port on your tv and buy a long vga cable. and use your TV as a monitor for your computer.
monoprice.com is a great place online to buy cables.
let me know if you have any other questions.
