Hi guys, please help me with this problem. Lately I noticed that my hair is becoming very fine and is falling out constantly
. I ate very little meat in the last couple of months (I eat meat again now). But could it be because I stopped eating meat that my hair is falling out (you know, lack of protein)? My hair have moderate damages, i.e. couple of perms and straightenings in the last couple of years, and a recent bleaching on my bangs. If anyone can help me, I really appreciated!

That's what I thought so I skipped washing every other day. I also condition my hair once or twice a week.
For a while I was using volumizer shampoo (one was organic too, btw) but when I brushed my hair, chunks of hair fell out. So I stopped using those volumizer shampoos.

hey
go to GNC or vitamin shoppe and get some vitamins for hair. don't go to CVS cuz those brands aren't as good quality (i mean it). try GNC's Nourishair. it has MSM which prolongs the growth stage of your hair. in other words, it won't fall out so fast (hopefully). also take some omega 3 and 6 fatty acids - fish oil. or evening primrose/flaxseed oil combo instead of the fish oil. good luck.
also try to get a good multivitamin for supplement.

maybe its the food youre eating.
you need more nutrients and vitamins in your daily food groups for a healthy scalp!
its not always about putting certain hair products on to keep it healthy, it can also do with the food you eat.
eat healthier and maybe you'll see an improvement :]
