Lg Secret Unlocked?

If a phone is for another company but it's unlocked, then I can get it for AT&T?
I want to get the LG Secret. How do I get it unlocked?

I don't know if they have it or not, but that's where I got my LG Shine.

I'm using at&t too. Anyway my lg secret came in the mail yesterday, I bought it from plemix.com. It's going to cost you $475 + shipping.

LG phones always have nice packaging =D.
