Smell is a very strong sense. It can easily trigger memories, and usually, people don't really notice how important it is. Everyone also has their own distinct scent. I'm not talking about the ones that you smell as a result of people putting on cologne or perfume.

How important to you is the way a person smells?

The way that a person smells is very important to me-I would rather have their shirt than to have a picture of them.

Personally, I like pleasant, clean smells-when people smell like soap.

I've been told that I smell soapy and 'musky'.

cologne is a necessity in my vocabulary! the smell of soapy skin doesn't do it for me, it takes away from a person being interesting actually; from my POV at least. and as for myself... i luv body fantasies perfumes! they're not expensive and they smell wonderful! i'm currently using the Sexiest Musk bottle, oh i luv it! if i had to live a life w/out colognes or perfumes i think i'd be so sad!

my favorite types of scents are the clean, fruity (NOT citrus though), and candy ones lol.

smell is definitely important.
i wouldn't want to date someone who smelled bad all the time (like b.o. or something)
and i wouldn't want to date a smoker (the smell gets to me)
other than that... i like my guy to smell clean, cologne is nice. i'm weird and and when he smells good i'll give him TONS of hugs so i can smell him. :]

I used to always wear this specific cologne when I was going out with one of my ex's.. I never wore that cologne except when I was around here. I still have it, and we broke up about two years ago. Whenever I smell it, it brings back memories of me and her together, especially of places we used to always go to. It's very weird, but nostalgically satisfying.

On girls, I like it when they smell good ALL the time... Some girls can pull it off really well..like even when they're working out, they still manage to smell good even all sweaty and whatnot. Also when they just wake up in the morn..when they smell good all the time it's like they're an angel sent down from heaven. ahhhhhhhhhhhhh
