Yeah, cause it seems like everyone on MSN, regardless of age or gender, seems to take at least 10 min+ to respond on MSN. It should be instantaneous, I mean I can get some people are doing other things (afk), but when your status is online and not away, it means you should be at the computer, and not taking 10 min+ for every response. Anyways, I am the only person I know who responds within a few seconds, everyone and I don't exaggerate, takes longer than me to respond. Sometimes they don't respond at all. See? And this is why I talk on MSN less and less. On another note, Why do you put your status as away even if you are not, girls do this alot because they say they don't want ppl to message them. Well, whats the point of going on MSN then? Jesus. =_=;

I take a few seconds, and I'm really disappointed when people don't talk and takes forever to respond,
as if I was annoying, and that no one wants to talk to me, haha.
My status used to be away pretty often, but now it's not anymore, still there's no one to talk to.
I only log in to see who's there and leave it like that until someone out of nowhere wants to talk to me,
which is rare @@

hmm nope I'm one of those ppl who responds pretty quick.. well most of the time anyways.. unless I'm busy doing smth else or chatting with some other ppl at the same time

next time it happens just ask what's taking them so long to reply or nudge them lol

when ppl takes way too long to reply back I just ignore them haha unless they give me a good reason as to what's been occupying them

I am not one of those people who take forever to respond on MSN/AIM. However, there are times where I might go away from my computer momentarily, or watch a movie fullscreen, without an away message. So I say things like, "Sorry, I was just upstairs/downstairs getting myself a drink."

I don't take forever to reply. But I do sometimes leave to get myself food etc without telling. Though I used to diligently tell the other person "BRB" and putting up the "BRB" status.

I'm quick to reply too (unless i'm browsing soompi at the same time), sometimes it seems as if it's only me in the convo, when in a maximized window the only comments i can see are mine. I don't really mind people going away though, i tend to have group convo's anyway so there's usually someone to keep me busy.

Nah. I usually reply fast. And I always have busy or away up because of certain people on my list who I don't want to talk to . And I like to appear busy for appearance sake. Hahaha.

It depends on if I'm at the computer or not, I never turn it off. Even if I'm at the com, I may not reply immediately if I'm usy.

I usually respond really fast to IM's. Unless I'm gaming or doing something. I tend to get distracted a lot so sometimes I can take forever lol I feel really guilty about it though.

I don't really care if someone takes forever to respond unless I really want to know something from them. If it's just a little chat and they take forever, I close the window and go do something else.

my friends and I keep each other waiting hours for msn msg responses...but only cause we know each other well enought to not take it personally.
