2. I would think you'd research and hopefully form a list, then that way you can go to the college website and find out which application types they have. That's the only way i found out, was by looking at the college website.
3. I'm assuming you're a rising senior, so I'd suggest working on your college stuff now! While you have the free time. Depending on the colleges you want to, you might want an account on commonapp.org to have a common application account. Find the college website, look at the application (if it's even out. some colleges are a little late [by my standards, or whoever wants to work on them early] while some apps are out.) essay prompt and write one! Of course asking an english teacher is good, if they have time and such. Did you ask any teachers for recommendations? I asked one before the summer, and i still need one more.
4. i'm not so sure about financial aid myself. I think there is financial aid offered by the college and aid offered federally. Fafsa. online application.
5. around.. 100? this is just a ballpark estimate. I worked about 50hours ish for 4 summers. so it's around 200, or less.
about number 1, my girlfriend has told me to not major specifically in pre med. what if i fail? i'd have a better chance to do other jobs if i choose to major in biology or chemistry, as opposed to specifically just pre med.

1. What are some really great colleges to apply for if you want to major in PRE-MED??
You don't major in pre-med. Pre-med is just a "concentration" where you take courses that satisfy required courses to get into medical school. You can pretty much major in anything you want, and be a pre-med. You'll just take a few extra courses that satisfy medical school requirements.
2. How do you find out which colleges have early decision/early action?
-Is there a list somewhere that I can just look at instead of going to collegeboard.com, finding a college, & looking there
You can probably find a list on google. Just search like "ED Schools" or "EA Schools"
3. When should I start applications? this summer? as soon as school starts?
-Should I ask my english teachers for help with my essays?
You should try to start it as soon as they come out, especially if you're an ED/EA applicant. But, a lot of applications are alike in terms of what they require, so at least start the essays. Those are the killer parts of the apps. Try to brainstorm of what you're going to write about and do rough drafts. And remember, never Never NEVER procrastinate on apps, especially the essays.
4. For financial aid, are there early deadlines for those?? (before/as you are applying)
I believe FAFSA is due at the end of January. That's what determines you financial eligibility. Try turning that in as soon as you can since I believe that is in a first come-first serve basis. Also, college have scholarships that have specific deadlines as well. Just prioritize and be on top of deadlines.
5. How many volunteer hours would you say is good enough?
There really isn't a "good enough" of hours. The more the better. But I wouldn't say, and I really don't know, when "good enough" is. But, remember, don't do spontaneous volunteer. Well, you can do that. But, also volunteer at a certain place for an extended amount of time, like at a hospital, nursing home, World Vision, etc.
