The specific league cited above for this thread ("Soompi Football League 08") has already been maxed out at 10 teams.
However, the other fantasy league - simply called "Soompi League" - still has 3 open slots available. Or at least 1 more slot to make the league an even number of teams at 8.
The details for this league is (I don't think the commissioner for that league will mind if I advertise it here):
