I do that cuz I don't wanna' block my awesome desktop backgrounds lmao.

I do because I saved everything to my desktop and it's kinda messy if I don't hide it. I like it to be cleaned and when I have awesome wallpapers too. Don't like to block my view.

i actually hide the icons so i could see the wallpaper clearer.
i hate it when there's something on the top of the picture =)

i had a friend who used to do that... but he did it to hide all his porn videos he had on his desktop....

I love to hide the icons on the desktop lol... I hate seeing an icon on my desktop... i want it to be clean and having icons are not clean to me lol.. all the essential programs are in my quick launch

I don't hide mine. The only time I actually see my desktop is when I start up my computer. Other than that I always have a window open like Firefox on top of Foobar which is also maximized.

eh if you hide them though.. can you unhide them very easily? unless you use the start menu and quicklink a lot.. I just clean up my icons so it doesnt block the main crop

My laptop (a MacBook) only has the "Macintosh HD" icon, and that's all.

me too! i love my awesome wallie~!
but i dont actually hide them...i only put that few important shortcuts on the desktop
and i decorated them with DBSK icons
so it doesnt look too boring =D

i like categorizing my files and folders
and i really hate messy desktops... ^^

Right Click on Desktop > Arrange Icons By > Untick Show Desktop Icons

I actually deleted all of my icons. I have no use for them. I never actually dragged anything to my recycle bin. If I want to delete I just hit the delete key. Much easier IMO

I don't hide my desktop icons but I always show a few like My Documents, My Computer, and a few other programs that I frequently used. I hate when my desktop is clutter and it covers the wallpaper or make it look unorganized

doesn't that just move the files to the trash bin? ._.

i seriously can't stand having icons on my desktop. they annoy me so much, so i put the programs and folders i often use in the quick launch. :3
