If you live in MD, u can get unlocked phones in Eden center, VA. The cellphone store there has a lot of kool phones. I got the nokia luna 8600 there. Not sure if u like iPhone. I just switched to iPhone, and I'm loving it =']

Like IvyP said, since you live in MD you could probably get an unlocked phone in Eden Center in Falls Church, VA. There's one right next to Viet Bistro, and if I remember right I think there was another one right next to that Chinese restaurant at the corner on the building directly across from it (I think the restaurant was called something Pearl? or Dragon? o_o?)...Otherwise your best bet would be eBay~ They have pretty much any phone you could ever want~
