well...I just wanted to know if I can download games and software by just using USB.....and how?! I put some music and it works...also puting pictures work...but when I put Jar files...I cant...the software wont work...help???

I just got a new phone....and I love it! well...I just wanted to know if I can download games and software by just using USB.....and how?! I put some music and it works...also puting pictures work...but when I put Jar files...I cant...the software wont work...help???
