My mom Windows vista and every time she uses explorer it crashes at the homepage (dell.com) it is really annoying...anyone know how to fix this??\
We already tried to update..but it failed

Have you tried to start IE no addons? I know its an option if you type Start > Type internet in that quick search box

Hi, this is a common known problem with Windows Vista and IE 7. Microsoft even has a whole page dedicated to this error: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935544
I suggest you try going into your registry and changing it with their instructions near the bottom of the page, but make sure you back up your registry and learn how to restore it first in case you make a mistake.
