Help! I dont get this, it's important!

My mom thinks I went over my bill by 982 minutes, but what I dont get is that they didn't charge us extra money, and the fact that I thought Rollover minutes was minutes that rolled over from the month before, that we can use freely. Also what I dont get is that we have different rollover minutes, so what's going on? She's getting onto my back about it and I dont know what to do or say. What does this mean?

Oh by the way we have 1400 minutes a month. I think.... HELP!!!

other shared minutes would be your anytime minutes....the minutes provided to you each month. you used that many of the provided minutes.

the reason you weren't charged extra is because even though you only have 1400 minutes and your used minutes equal up to 2119...the rollover minutes took care of the minutes over 1400.

even if everyone went over, that's why you have rollover minutes. to keep you from being charged. no big deal.

as for the different amounts of rollover minutes...no idea. lol.

call the company and ask them what's up and have them explain it to you if you don't wuite understand.

but from what i'm looking at, everyone collectively went over the minutes for the month but the rollover minutes kicked in and saved your mom from extra charges.
