I drive a Corolla S 06. When I step on my break it makes this growling noise, so I was wondering, normally how much does it cost to fix it? Thanks!

not enough information. only thing i can think of is you need new brake pads but its an 09 so i donno.

if your within the warrenty period.. try brining it to the dealer... they might charge but they should tell you that before they take your car.

It could be a number of things.
Dirty pads, worn out pads, worn out rotors, etc. Prices vary.

well viration means rotors, if the squeals that means new pads.. but a growling sound?? do u know which side its coming from. but if it just rotors or pads.. not to pricey at all

its 06...soo rotors shouldnt be that bad...its prob the pads....and u can get those as cheap as 50bux apare for the back ones(that is in australia...)

It should be relatively inexpensive if its worn pads ($25-50?). I cant recall how much rotors are but they should run around 50-80? If you have one of ur guy friends install them for u, it'll save u some labor too. Very easy install. GL
