I think the most easiest Korean side dish is KIM 김 those seaweed. You just cut it into rectangular shape, or just cut it into you shredded the whole thing, and WALLA! o__o or you mean something very delicious? Isn't KIM delicious at least? o.o
or you didn't mean side dish.. just korean dish. hmmm BIBIM BAB! :] 비빔밥 So simple >__<
Rice, Sesame Oil, Lettuce, Bean Sprouts (Boil it til it's cooked and yummy), Egg, and Pepper Paste :]
Put it all together and mix it, it's SIMPLE AS 1-2-3 o__o
or 김치 찌개. I don't know how you spell that correctly, but Kimchee soup.
Cut kimchee, Spam/Sausage (Your choice, you don't really need to put it), Water, Pepper Paste, Onion.
First put Kimchee, then Spam/Sausage, then put them all in the water, Boil it, then put pepper paste, then add onion.
Then you stir. takes 10-15 minutes.
If you are lucky, and you have rice. Eat with that.
