I dont think theres a way . Only way you can get it is if you have an asian model phone.

Dont quite understand what you mean by asian model. my LG can read and type chinese in Zhu Yin (注音) but cant type 拼音 (Pin yin)

I meant like if its an asia exclusive phone because usually these things are already installed on the phone. But oh , i just thought it couldnt read or type chinese . But since you said that is quite weird that it can read chinese but cannot write. Usually phones can do both. What model LG do you have?

Sorry big typo. It can read and type chinese in Zhu Yin but no Pin Yin (the english alphabet). i have KE590 and Viewty.
