My mom listens to a lot of Cantonese music. Mostly from old singers like Teresa Teng because she came to America in the 80s and she just got in touch with recent Cpop after 2000. She likes David Tao, too.

My mom likes to listen to Vietnamese cai luong [sp?]. She especially likes those singers like Manh Quynh and Phi Nhung lOl yeah. She also likes Chinese traditional music too and some pop haha.

My mom usually listen to vietnamese songs because she claims she can actually understand it. She also listens to the 80's american love songs (and sometimes i do too) because they actually have meanings to it. Well, she does listen to my music as well. She listens to Jrock /kpop from time to time when she's in the car with me or sitting in my room for no reasons.

My parents love 60s,70s chinese, japanese rock and pop. Momoe Yamaguchi, Kenji Sawada and Anzen Chitai (<3). Also they like french and spanish music like Manu Chao and of course, they listen to classical music. ^^ Now my dad loves the GazettE particularly REGRET.

My parents are classical musicians. They don't like pop music, listen mostly to radio, but like timeless things like Beatles, ABBA or our old national popular bands. They know nothing about Asian music XD My mum also likes jazz.
