Multivitamins! What do you take and what's good?

I'm in need of more iron in my system so my doctor recommend me to start taking multivitamins. What do you take and what's good? At the moment, I'm looking at either one a day women's or centrum multivitamin. blush.gif

If all you need is iron, why would your doctor tell you to take multivitamins? I don't know but when I needed more iron in my system, my doctor prescribed me iron tablets.

I eat gummi bear vitamins! They taste so good!

I HATE any other chewable type. They all taste gross and it's not even worth it to me.

I'm like a freaking 5-year-old!

i eat 2 gummy bear vitamins a day
i eat 2 calcium gummy bears a day
i eat 2 gummy omega 3 sea creatures a day
and 4 fiber chewies (non gummy)

but yes, i recommend the gummy vites.
(the other gummies have a diff texture, my sis doesn't like, but i do. so all for me. )

^^ hahah all of us rule for still taking gummy vites (a multi-vitamin sup. initially invented for babies). but they taste so good, and so nutritious! who can say no to that smile.gif

i just take the costco brand one because its cheap and has alot...

honestly any over the counter multivitamin is almost the same
for the average person. If you're not doing anything intense
just grab like Centrum or One a Day or something.

i take one a day women's.

the children's vitamins don't have as much iron in them. i think it's to prevent iron overdose cause they taste so yummy.

i take one-a-day women's, too. i recommend eating it after a meal tho, because the iron content makes you nauseous if your stomach's empty.

i have a low immune system so i get sick easily ._.
las week i didn't take it for a week and i got sick again, just getting ebtter now .__.

I was thinking of taking Vit C everyday too because I've got low immune system.
I just got sick early this week...I feel a bit better but I still have phlegm and cough.
I also wanna take calcium and centrum.

So would 1 Vit C, 1 Calcium and 1 centrum a day be ok?

i feel im lacking iron so i take iron + c (vitamin)

i dont really think these pills work in general, i take it so i metally feel abit better lol
