Now, when I mean good healthy drinks, I don't mean common types like milk and orange juice. I mean drinks that are specifically health oriented in ingredients. Green tea and Ginseng tea are healthy, but what are drinks that are both cold and healthy? I really can't think of any. Aloe Vera perhaps?

You could drink practically any tea iced. I wouldn't say that aloe vera juice is good for you. It has a lot of sugars.

Yeah, but I'm looking for cold drinks that taste good and are healthy. I really can't stand tea if it isn't hot.

Not just green tea or ginseng tea, ALL teas are considered healthy. I would shy away from any drinks that you have to buy and just make your own. Before i get into all that, have you checked out google.com yet? I mean I did that with "healthy drinks" and i found a lot of stuff that could help you. So next time you should do the research first before asking, it might be more helpful than the people here.

As I said all teas are healthy, however TenRen sells this "diet tea" that I like because of it's minty flavour. So I was thinking of getting more mint teas. You can always make the tea hot, and then wait until it cools down.

Juice = really healthy. Juice you buy from the store = a bunch of empty calories. So get a juicer and get juicing them fruits and veggies!!!

Water, 0 calories. WOOHOO!

I did google beforehand, but the thing is, they get all complex with descriptions while hiding behind fancy brand names I've never heard of. That kind of curiosity led me to the Aquafina water years ago and to this day, I hate it. I'd rather take recommendations from people on here.

As for teas? I know all teas are healthy. I was only naming Green Tea and Ginseng Tea, because those are the ones I've drunk the most. And I already know water. I drink it all the time. But, I'm looking for cold tasty health drinks...you know, with flavour.

I'll try out the naked drink and that minty-flavoured diet tea.

I would recommend herbal tea. They also come with chunks of herbal jelly inside. It takes very good because there's sugar in it. When my mom makes it, she leaves out the sugar. There are also those chinese juice boxes such as chysantheum (butched the spelling) tea. Does soymilk count?

Aloe vera is good too but you shouldn't drink a lot of it because of the amount of sugar in it.
