like korean style? ugh pig intestines... beef intestines are so much tastier... also you should add 천엽 to it too...

first: boil the intestines and the 천엽 and drain the water, clean the meat and set it aside,
if you bought fresh, uncooked intestines, you need to take the fat off, use a knife and cut it off... if you bought it cooked at a korean grocery store... still cut the fat off... it ruins the taste

second: onions, sesame leafs, 들깨 (like sesame seeds, but it's different), garlic, crushed red peppers, jalapenos, dashida (beef stock powder), salt, green onion, duk-bokgi rice cake, 양상추 (the whiter cabbage that's firm), water, mushrooms, and some water... i don't know the exact amount... i just eyeball it.... cook the onions with the meats in a little sesame oil, dashida and the garlic then add the cabbage and the mushrooms, then the water... when it comes to a boil: add the rice cake and the crushed red peppers, and the 들깨 along with the salt, jalapenos, sesame leafs, and the green onions and let it come to a boil... uhh this isn't the soup one... it's the one you kinda fry up as a korean casserole

gah sorry for all the korean... i don't know the english names @@;

also... the naver issue... it's probably cause of what you wrote... try searching for 곱창전골 만들기, or 곱창볶음 만들기 <----- those are the two types of gopchang...

ooo and add japchae to it! boil it seperately and add it in too biggrin.gif OMG IT'S SO YUMMMMMM

edit: you can't buy beef intestines at china town or anywhere, only at korean markets or at mexican markets.... chinese people don't eat beef intestines if what i was told

I think you can look up recipes for "chitlins". I know they eat them in the South.
