Do you or anyone you know have a phobia?? Or maybe a borderline phobia??

I have a very mild case of Arachnophobia (spider fear). I think it's the most common.

so whenever i see one, i don't scream, i get incredible urges to kill it haha

I kill it too, unless if they're big, hairy and have some exotic pattern, then I make my brother kill it.
And he's only 8, I'm pathetic)=
Something about the exotic patterns and the "bigness" about a spider I can't stand.

^Guilty. =_= I just simply can't handle them, not one bit. There are just too many, they're everywhere, they're ugly, hairy, too many legs, they're freakn fast, and they scare the crap out of me. XDDD I don't even kill them, I get my upstairs neighbor to do it. And if he's not there. I get the vacuum, which takes me years, and then I put the vacuum outside. LOL. Yeah. >.>

I have a pretty odd phobia, and I feel bad sometimes because it may come off as rude, but...I have a phobia of eating food that other people make, meaning if I go to a friend's house and they offer me food, I decline. Some people ask me then how can I eat food @ restaurants...well, I don't know - I just can because it's a restaurant, but I don't know why....with friends and people offering me food, I can't eat.

^Lol, that's weird. xD Restaurant foods can be so much more gross. xD Half the time we can't even imagine what they put in there. Or even what they did with it. x.x It's not a phobia for me, but I usually decline food when I'm at people's place I don't know. With my friends, it's okay for me.

I'm not sure if this is a listed phobia.

But do you know how when you're driving or walking and you see those phonelines or electrical lines. People tend to post their posters or advertisements on those by nail or staple.

I always cringe when I see a giant cluster of nails in a pole. I guess would that be a bunch of holes/cluster?

here are some of my most biggest fears... they're common but they're pretty serious for me! DX

#1 Arachnophobia — fear of spiders
it's not even funny how deathly afraid i am of spiders. i can spot one anywhere and i can't get near them or even kill them. i can't even handle dead ones either. my gosh i'm sooooo afraid of them T__T

EDIT: omg while i was writing this post there was a HUUUUGE spider on my sis' floor just now and i was screaming like a maniac!! ahhhhhhhh i'm still shaking from it! omg i'm never coming to this thread again! LOLOL xDD thank god my sister was here to kill it............ wow i'm like so freaked out right now... ahhhhhh i think i'm gonna faint TToTT.... LOL

#2 Entomophobia — fear of insects
it's probably not as bad as spiders but i'm pretty afraid of insects. i'm not afraid of ants, butterflies, or ladybugs... and that's about it. every other bug out there i would just run away from... or POSSIBLY could step on one. it's a different story for spiders... i can't even step on them ToT

and my third one would probably be clowns... but it's not a big fear... they just scare me by the way they look. i wouldn't run away from them if i see one... i just wouldn't look at them... hehehe
