i just finished watching the episode, Jason was just so great in it. i've always liked him. Godric is well not what i expected him to be, when he showed up i was kinda looking forward to him ripping people apart, or his words "snap you like a twig", but he's so mature, which is good i guess, but less exciting. i'm disappointed on how little barry showed, i really like him. jessica and hyot were really cure but i think i like them better when they are courting each other. i think the whole sex thing was awkward for them and for everyone else. The whole thing with sam tara maryann and eggs i couldn't careless, that plot line has just carried on for way too long.

i gotta say i started the show being a sookie bill shipper, but now i'm shifting since eric has a bigger part in the show. he is one sexy man.

so looking forward to the next episode. too bad lorena left, or they could have made her take luke out and die while doing so.

OMGosh, k I just got my hands on the dvd set yesterday, and I'm already on the last disc today. SUCH A GOOOOOD SERIES! I mean the crazy sex scenes were a shocker at the beginning (I mean 20 minutes into like the first episode), even after I was warned multiple times LOL but ahhhhh I'm obsessed!! Ahhhh I love Bill and Eric! AND LAFAYETTE WINS ALL! Love lovelovelove jdjfkldfsjkal.

Yeah I need to calm down, but most likely, thats not gonna happen. Will come back with more comments once I've completely caught up. I just wanted to prolong s1 LOL So I've been reading this whole thread. I'm stalling cause I don't wanna finish the dvds yet! LOL

Good ep, although slightly corny but that didn't make me dislike it at all.
Eric. Is. Throbbing. Hotness.
And if it was up to me, him and Godric should have had a goodbye hug and kiss. They earned it....and, well, it looked like it was going to happen anyway. Poor thing. Never expect I'd see Eric cry.
Absolutely adored Jason's conversation with Sookie, but I always adore Jason.
And Lafayette owned in this episode. Love him
Agh, next three episodes are going to be INTENSE. Can't wait.

god that was an awful episode.
eric NEVER cries. never.
i hate how they made him a sensitive suck up to godric, hell he's supose2 admire godric for his braveness
and like salute him. he lost is cool strong powerful vibe about him that they had in the first season.
and he needs to stop hunching over..i mean its okay to do it sometimes but he overdoes it.

i hate t.v sookie now. she's just so ugh..she comes off so fake, and book sookie is way cooler.
even though i'm an ericxsookie shipper for the books, i gotta say, i prefer billxsookie in the trueblood.
the characters are just too different. book sookie matches book eric, and tvsookie matches tvbill, like as how booksookie don't match book bill and vise versa.
i don't like t.v eric...but i do like his apperance =]

i'm so disapointed in this season...i had high expetations cause this one was one of my favourite books of the series =(

Oh boy, lemme tell ya LOL It was a great 24 hours. I ate, slept and breathe True Blood within those 24 hours. I did end up stalling at the end though LOL I was on the last episode but I didn't want to watch it yet so that was when I started lurking the True Blood forum and read all 23 pages. Ahhh you're right now, I still have the next season now so pretty stoked. It's really sad though cause I prefer DVDs; I hate streaming lol

But I'm so late jumping on the True Blood wagon!! LOL You should be laughing at my foolishness for not being a devoted fan from the get go haha Better late than never though right?

So my opinions on the first season so far; IT WAS GREAT! Like it's been said before though, the biggest hurdle was the sex scenes. I'm no prude or anything, but yeah I was a tad irked with Jason and his raging libido LOL But yeah after awhile, I got use to it, or maybe after the first 2 episodes, the sex got toned down, either way, it was much more tolerable.

I love love love Bill! And his little husky vampire voice. And Eric, good lord almighty. Wow. He is....just the epitome of a perfect vampire. And I love Pam! (Which reminds me of the scene with Longshadow when he got killed; WTF!!! I was not prepared for that...bit of gore. I mean...I know the Vamps had blood in their system, but I didn't think that thats what would happen when they get staked. So yeah...that scared me LOL Not gonna lie)

Oh and I know I mentioned this in my last post but...ugh Lafayette is queen of the friggin world. Love love love.

& That is all. LOL Time to start my streaming marathon of s2. EXCITEEEEEEEEED Totally read all the spoilers though LOL So I kind of know what to expect. Yeah I fail. I'm a spoiler freak. I have no will power at all when it comes to these haha

I don't know about checking out the book though. I know there's been a lot of raving reviews about them but ehhh I don't know, somethings just putting me off about reading it. I dunno why LOL but I just don't see myself grabbing the series anytime soon. XD

the sex scene lacked chemistry to me. i dont know, it just seemed a little awkward, like there was no attraction .

esp the kissing scene, he looked like he REALLLY didint wanna kiss her. i was dissappointed

my favourite scene was the sucking of the bullet, how eric looks away and grins. hahahahha

but then bill and sookie went and ruined it by telling him that hes such an a hole.
in the book, she doesnt even find out your not supposed to suck in until later on in one of the books where she watches the bullet come out on its own and she doesnt say anything, she just lifts up her eyebrow in frustration.

man i wish they kinda followed the books a bit more

as much as i hate Maryann, she is a really good actress, she actually LOOKS like shes scorning you for not wanting to blackout/ hahahahaha you can feel the devotion to her craziness. its really well done
