Hi,
I recently purchased a GPS navigation device (Mio Moov300c), and unfortunatly it doesn't have US maps. It only has preloaded maps of Canada and Major US roads.
Is it possible to download more maps? And if so, where?

Your best bet is to just gooogle MIO who makes the thing http://www.mio.com/ and look through their site and hope for something good. Sad to say a lot of those units will use special map formats. Maps aren't always like .MAP files... TomTom, Navteq, Magellin, Garmin, microsoft streets and trips.. they all have their own map formats... so you should really look into the site and read the manual to see what it says.
