You can't delete AIM accounts. Just don't sign in anymore...

Don't sign in for 90 days (~3 months)... AIM will delete your account automatically.
If you are referring to the instant messenger..
Q: How do I remove the AIM software?
A: AIM can be uninstalled through the Start Menu under the Control Panel. Click on "Add or Remove Programs" and select the AIM Uninstaller program. This will remove AIM and other programs that were included with your installation.

Really? I've been able to sign into AIM accounts from 2005 that have been untouched.

Really? I didn't sign in between 3-6 months and all 3 of mine got deleted... I've had my accounts since 2004-2006. They each were at different email addresses too.. (T_T)
