Just wondering how you guys make homemade sushi and what kind do you think is the easiest to make
Also, does anyone have a recipe for sushi rice?
I have the sticky rice and rice vinegar, but is that all I need?
I saw that we needed salt and sugar but do we really need it?

Sticky rice? Just use normal japanese rice.
I forgot the exact measurements but you can google that up.
Basically what I did was heat the rice vinegar and sugar up.
When the rice is finished scoop it all out in a large bowl or anything and cool both the vinegar and rice up.
Slowly mix the rice vinegar with the rice and use a cutting motion to mix it.
I think sushi is real easy to make. You just need a creative mind for the ingredients.
Easiest is california I guess.
You can try the philly roll. Well that's what its called here. Just smoked salmon and cream cheese.

California rolls are the easiest.
There's is already season rice vinegar so you don't need to add anything, unless you'd like the rice a little sweeter add a bit of sugar.
California roll consist of: (well..you can put anything into this roll...lawl)
1: Fake crab meat
2: Pickle yellow radish (optional)
3: Cucumbers
4: sweet eggs (optional)
5: Avocado
6: tuna (optional)
6: carrots
Just do whatever combo sounds good.
Just add enough rice on the nori to cover it but, leaving a strip of nori on top (about 1 cm)
Line up all the ingredients in the middle (not on top of each other, but in rows), than roll it up tighly.
For cutting, I advice you to use a sharp wet knife. It help keeps it together and it's easier to cut.

Sushi isn't that hard to make once you get the rolling thing down. I mean, once you're able to roll something, you can practically roll whatever you want.
