I always wear contacts and ive been fine with putting and taking them off but ..
today for some odd reason i cant take them off! the contact in my left eye wont come up.
im trying to take it off for like 10 minutes but it still wont come out.
i know your suppose to like pinch the sides a little and it will come off smoothly but for some reason this time it wont come off
HELP!?

Yeah, just basically follow everybody else's advice above me and use contact lens eye drops first...
Hopefully it'll come out by then!
If you seriously cannot get it out, visit your optometrist immediately!

try this, it works for me when I can't get them out:
instead of looking up and grabbing your lense, look straight ahead into the mirror (using your fingers to hold your upper + lower lids). then try pinching the sucker out. i know it's kinda scary to see, but idk, works for me most of the time, haha. do it with caution though (of course)!

using nails is bad. it can cause pink eye from dirty fingers
i'm sure a lot of you dont think to wash your hands before taking off contacts
and more importantly it can rip ur contacts...so try not to use the nails. i had to throw out madd contacts the hard way.

that happens to me too >_>"
but i would just like close my eyes for awhilee (if i dont have eyedrops with me) then try to make my eyes to get a bit teary so it'll be more wet then i can just take them off ><"
i hope this helps. (i usually do this)

i think the best way is just soak up your eye in some way.
there is the possibility that it already fell out and is no longer in there.
