Is Tvantz Safe? Will it give my computer viruses or anything

Well I downloaded TvAntz a couple minutes ago. I tried using it but it just wouldn't work [probably cause of overload. lots of people wanting to watch what i wanted to. lmao] and I just don't trust things like those. so I uninstalled/deleted it right now. and im running a full virus scan.
Plus. its UNWISE.exe was kinda. scaring me. rofl.
So, can TvAntz be trusted?

It seems popular enough here to be safe.
but that Unwise.exe is a very common uninstaller... you actually ran that when you clicked uninstall.
