that's a stereotype.
I was in one to defend a community, but then you just realize the inevitable corruption of any of these pathetic rituals.
in other words it was pretty dumb and silly.

But gang bangers are hot to look at and sleep with.
I think their usefulness ends there. No offense. But my friends who are associated do nothing for me except make me worry about them, constantly.

Judging from your avattar, you wouldn't mind joining an Ice Cream gang would you?
You know............just a bunch of GANGSTAs gathering together at baskin robbins once a week maybe getting some icecream and slashing a couple of tires off of cars in the parking lot.

Because I became their friends before I knew ? I'm M&D but "uselessness" is not a factor in friendship.
I don't ditch my friends. Even when they are nothing but trouble <3. But yes, gangs are useless *crosses arms

by fighting taking drugs and binge drinking *sigh*

Far as gang in general (as in a group focused on certain interest), I have tried miilions of times to be part of a group but it never seem to work out.
I think I'm too introverted. Like eventually I and the group or head honcho of the group have different views

so im wondering... are these "GANGS" from lets say SYDNEY (from one of the posters above)
the same type of gangs as i have seen... like Crips, Bloods, 18th Street etc etc...
or do they play with wood knives and yell 'bang bang'
cuz when i hear about other gangs from some random places... it makes me go HAH!
..................................................
anyways... people join gangs because their parent(s) messed up.
feel free to bash on why i think that.

j/k j/k.
I think there is a fledgling gang prescence in Canada but nothing like that crips and bloods stuff in the states. Usually a bunch of kids tryin to act big.

That's why to have a better life, I rose through the ranks of Miami's drug cartel, slashing and dashing through top drug lords and eventually reaching the top, only to be murdered by the next guy who was clawing his way up...
The only gang I see these days are the GOP.

And the sad thing is that it doesn't end when you think you've outgrown them from adolescence.
Sure, I was extorted for lunch money in high school by this gang call the Warlords.
But even now at 40, I'm still being extorted for money by yet another gang. I call them the Landlords.
Into the last good bite I'll ever know

LOL.
i wasn't in a gang or anything but i knew a lot of people who were. it's stupid. grow up. seriously.
i don't care what situation you were raised in or how rather infelicitous your life is because of your parents. stop wallowing in your misery and thinking you can go do stupid mini cooper just because your life is so john teshed up. go MAKE something of yourself. it is not COOL to steal mini cooper from people who've earned it. it is not COOL to sell drugs. it is not cool to go around beating up poor innocent people because you wanna show people how tough you are. earn some money and buy your own mini cooper. it is not john teshing cool to break open a car window that has MY mini cooper in it and persuading people to pay them money so they can fill up their tanks with MY credit card or MY debit card.
you know what gangs remind me of? animals. only animals beat eachother physically to get what they want. they run around in packs and probably pick fights with other groups just because they are not from the same group.
i'm glad i have nothing to do with people like that anymore.
