I've been working out seriously for about a month, but haven't worked out these past two weeks because of an injury (no cardio either! :[ ).
So I've been eating a lot, and not burning much off.
Now I'm going to commit to a clean bulk, but I'm not too sure of what is good to eat on a clean bulk.
I know tuna is really good.
Vegetables, the basic stuff.
Are there any specific foods that are perfect for a clean bulk?
