Recently I've been getting some huge red pimple that get like a
white pus-filled tip after a while. I've never gotten these before.
I've had blackheads, whiteheads, small bumpy acne, but never huge zits.
I've had 3 so far. One just went a way after about a week or two with
some topical medication. But two of them around my nose area just got
bigger and bigger and bigger. And they were so painful!!! So I've been
aplying topical medication on them and they've dried out.
Then, a while ago, I woke up and saw that they were all dry and crusty so
I peeled one and it left a HUGE hole on my face. I'm not exaggherating, it was just
a huge deep hole 0.o like I stuck a needle in my face.
Then I peeled the other one to see if the same thing had happened and
it didn't leave a huge pore, but it got hard under the skin and it hurts a lot.
I've been rubbing on some neosporin, just so they don't get infected.
But I seriously doubt that this is normal...
What's wrong with me!
And what can I do about it!

pictures please. i'm really curious to know what you're talking about now. maybe it's a scar after your pimple popped?
Some say i'm a genius, others say i'm crazy
but they all say i'm a little on the weird side

those are normal, they're just big zits. with big whiteheads, two solutions apply medication to dry out, or choose to pop it.. You'll probably get some blood and a scab.. might get a scar, but both are still embarassing. Just remember to wash your face every day and night.

The longer you leaves your pimple alone the bigger the pore will be.
My rule of thumb is to popped it before it enlarged. I know I will get many critic saying "don't pop, scar will appear"
Leaving it pop naturally will result in scarring as well, those big "holes" may take weeks to heal completly.
Back to topic, in you current state i recommend you do this (Derm-student)
1. Cleanse your face, rid of residues and junk.
2. Apply an astringent (Kill bacteria and closes pores)
3. Apply a toner (a toner also closes pores, but reduces redness and better for closing pores)
4. Do this everyday for 3-4 days, the holes should closes...now there will be some scarring.
5. Exfoliate lightly, the skin just heal remember. The scar tissues should be almost invisable after 3-4 days
4. Moisturize (promote skin growth)

When I feel a huge pimple growing (and I can usually sense it because it hurts like a bruise), I put a ton of lotion on it. When one applicartion dries, I usually top it five or six times, and by the next day, the pimple usually hurts less and looks smaller.
This might not work for you (It hasn't been effective recently for my sister), but you could try it out. I personally try not to pop my pimples since I'd rather they disappear more naturally. :]
