I know Crown J and Andy SHINHWA is from USA, and Alex is from Canada...
Anyone else?

I've met Lee Byong Hung and he was pretty fluent in English as well...

Are there any other 'foreign' Korean Stars?

Khun can speak Thai too
Min,J-Lim,G-Soul,Park Joon Hyung

basically,a lot of JYP artists
you cant get into JYPE if you dont speak good English

There have been numerous threads regarding this topic. One of them is http://www.soompi.com/forums/index.php?sho...2097&st=300 <- though it's under "korean dramas & movies". I'm pretty sure there's more but they're either pages back or closed.

Obviously the majority who speaks perfect English had lived/studied in English-speaking countries.
The ones I can remember off my fingertips are Brian, Tablo, Yoon Mi Rae(T), Tim... wait there's more. I just can't remember - brain's screwed up.
