I use Videora iPod Converter.
My friend showed me the program and it converts my videos pretty well.

Just convert it into the right type of mp4 for your iPod and drag it into your iTunes library. Then sync it =D
A lot of people use the Videora thing cause its great for its purpose but I use SUPER converter, mainly because I can use the same prog to convert anything.

i prefer downloading the desktop beta version. much more faster.
not a lot of memory.
you can download/convert it into many different formats. and rip audio tracks too

I use Videora which works well. The downside to it is that it lags my computer real good.
