I am Half Korean and Half White. I am 18 year old female and will be a Freshman at Cal Poly Pomona this fall. I tried my best to find a cheap place near school since I can't commute from Santa Clarita. I am very friendly and clean. I love shopping, animals, watching k-dramas, and listening to Korean music. I also speak Korean fluently. I am hoping to find someone who is nice and drama-free who is a easy-going person. So I eventually found a place in La Verne which is not too far from Pomona. Here are the details:

-The rent is $250/month with utilities included.
w/ $250 deposit.

-The room is in a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home. As for the room itself, it is big enough for two people.

-cable, washer/dryer, bbq patio, wireless internet
ALL INCLUDED!

There will be two other females including the owner and her 15 year old daughter. They have 3 dogs, so you need to be a dog lover. The house is in walking distance of many stores, restaurants, theatre, Target, Vons, etc. ALL WALKING DISTANCE! There is the 10west freeway right down the street and it takes about 5-10 minutes to get to school.

MOVE IN: Sep. 1st (you don't have to move in till later but need to pay rent on this date)
