Haha, try eating lots of noodles, xD
I remember when I had one of my last baby teeth pulled out,

I ate lots of soups/noodles, :3
I guess you shouldn't eat anything too hard,
and doesn't use all your teeth/jaw energy much?

Like rock candy/jerky, ect? > w<
I dunno,
I'm scared to get my wisdom tooth taken out..

Foods that doesn't require a lot of biting.
Ex: CONGEE (rice porridge), very soft rice, slices of bread,

That's all I can think of. One of my wisdom teeth is slowly coming out so I guess I have to watch this thread. Good luck with the pain and hunger smile.gif

I'll just stick to eating soft things, like soup, jello. Or anything that'll let you swallow it down without chewing on it.

oh yeah and make sure the foods you eat are cold. I don't remembe clearly but eating soups that are hot is bad for the gums..i think.

what i usually eat were:
yogurt (drinking kind), soups and porridge.

Jello helps.

Soup helps.

DON'T EAT RICE or NOODLES!!! Those little bits of noodles or the rice grains might get stuck in your vacant wisdom teeth holes and it could be a pain to try to rinse them out because gurgling and swishing water around in your mouth hurts. Only eat these things after the holes in your mouth have started to heal.

my sister made me soup but i barely ate anything after i pulled my wisdom tooth out anyways.

i spent the whole night crying and i mean crying. ugh it was a sight to see. a 21 year old crying like a 2 year old. sleep.gif mine was infected at the time so yeah maybe that added to the pain. i'm dreading getting my other one out .. i'm praying i don't have any on the top.

like a lot of people have already mentioned, it's best to eat stuff that does not involve your jaw moving in any way
i had to live on jamba juice (with a spoon), mashed potato, and a nutrition supplement drink that my oral surgeon gave me for the first few days;;
i couldn't even move my tongue a lot (since it would constantly touch the stitches on my gum) so i would put a little bit of jamba juice or mashed potato on my tongue and look up... the gravity would eventually pull it down my throat... biggrin.gif
it took me 45 minutes to an hour for me to eat one meal, so i wish you the best of luck!

try to avoid solid foods, especially stuff like fried chicken..the first few days it gets stuck and a PAIN in the ass to clean out haha.
and rice is nice, but it gets stuck once in a while ._.
try soups and liquidy stuffs, pho worked for me too haha
but you know...eat anything because whatever you eat, you KNOW you have to wash out the holes in your mouth lol

The first few days after I got my wisdom teeth out all I ate was pudding, jello, and yogurt. It worked alright...except I lost 10 pounds...haha. It sucked.

Don't eat anything solid. Stay away from food like that.
Eat noodles, soup, yogurt, ice-cream, or anything else that's 'soft'.
