The director of this movie previous films include: House of the Flying Dagger and Hero! It is one of the most anticipate movie of this year. Date is set for September 11th to come out in Hong Kong, September 26th in Taiwan. However rumor is because of the Olympics, the movie is pushed back to Oct. 9th and December 2nd.

The Butterfly Lover's was a classic movie back in the days and I still loved it. This version is great too from watching the trailers so I can't wait to watch it and because I love the cast.

hm...watching the trailer, it says directed by jingle ma...not zhang yimou, the director of hero and house of flying daggers...anyways, looking forward to this film also!! i remember watching the one with charlie yeung as a kid. this one has so many beautiful ppl.

O.O I can't wait to watch this movie.
I loved both Hero & House of Flying Daggers.
Will it come out in the U.S?
If it does I would definitely go see it.
