I like the emptiness, so I dont like having so much going on on my desktop so I have two,
one being the recycle bin. But at most I've had 20 because of documents I save. [X

14. But really, my desktop actually looks really, really, spacious and clean. 14 doesn't look bad on it at all

It's mostly just drives and stuff on there... a couple of fonts (.ttf)... 2 PDF'S that are manuals of the two kinds of cameras I have... the original Sweeney Todd script, and a PDF that's a chart comparing different brands of clarinet reeds' strengths.

I use objectdock for everything else, so it looks pretty neat :) yay, no cluttered desktop anymore.

I have 34 icons right now. Most of them are word documents that I have not sorted yet (they're arranged into the shape of a backwards J though!)

I have 19 Icons in my pc.

~ Microsoft Word, IE, Tubetilla,VLC media Player,Quicktime, Yahoo mesenger, Nero, Autocad, adobe reader, Windows Media Player,Recyle bin, Photoshop cs3 extended, Snag it, Nokia Pc suite, Paint, O2jam, Photo studio, Notepad, Windows Movie Maker

But i mostly use only 8 of the icons in my pc.

1 - its a folder with subfolders in them and such, i deleted my recycle bin lol.. but i set it to always delete everything that is sent there

I have Z-E-R-O.

I use the vista sidebar thingy for this little box that has all the shortcuts to the programs that i can edit.. so i can keep my whole desktop screen free

Two. Recycle Bin, and a folder labeled "Shortcuts." It's mostly program shortcuts. I don't need a lot of icons, my home PC is mostly used as a server XD
