Well if you can put songs, I'd put songs he likes to listen to, and probably add a playlist of songs that has some meaning between the two of you.
Also maybe you could record a intro message for him and add it in there lol Just make sure he listens to that first. It can be something funny or sweet.

Well, as an anniversary present, I put a recording of myself singing Bi (Rain)'s song "I do" on my boyfriend's mp3 player <3

~if you've read the lyrics, then it'll sound cuter i guess hahaha
