i shave every ... like 3-4 days or so? but i getting a new razor everytime and i dont think thats right. lol. cause razors arent exactly that cheap. but if i dont i noticed that it doesnt come out as clean when i shave .. so thats why i always get a new razor.

what do you girls do? should i just stick with the same razor but just go over the same part twice?
what are your routines? do it in the shower? or before?

Yeah that's the exact same thing I do. I do it in the shower because it always bleed and hurt when i do it when my skin isn't wet & I use the blade until it sucks.

i switch out the blades every other week during the winter (don't shave as much) and nearly every week during the warmer months.

When I used to shave, I changed the razor once it would start to rust, since it would still shave off hair. Bad idea.

Then I just started using Nair.

Or when the blade starts to get dull.

Disposible razors are much cheaper yes, but personally, I find that they don't remove the hair as effectively and they cause ingrown hairs and little bumps alot more that the traditional razor with replacement blades.

I don't shave my legs in the shower...I prefer shaving right before my shower. And I always use shaving gel. My skin turns out much smoother and the hair grows less quickly if I use shaving gel to shave, and then a moisturizer once I'm done. ^^

I typically change my razor's blade every week in the summer and every two weeks in the winter. ^^"

I read that you need to change it every 4-5 shaves in order to prevent razor burns and stuff.

I actually use a men's razor . . . hehe since I just feel the ones for women are dinky, and I prefer replacing the blade, and the look cooler hahaha

I do the same thing enirtep and Mooie do.

I hate using a new blade because I'm not exactly the most careful person in the world. sweatingbullets.gif

I use mine with my mom, and I think she changes it whenever she happens to remember.. which is honestly like once every year..

But you know, if you shave in the shower, you really don't need to change it that much. The water really helps the shaving go smooth.
