just a wild guess. but i think its just sushi thats wrapped in sliced cucumber or something instead of seaweed?
so..... cucumber rolls? o.o

It's just like sushi. But instead of using nori to wrap it, they use thin cucumbers.
I don't know the name, cause I think there are tons of names for it.

Thanks for the help guys... I was thinking whether it's Korean or Japanese.

But I don't know how to order this... I guess I should ask my Japanese friend for the name.

Definitely japanese food unless koreans are real big on eating sashimi as well.

Just read the descriptions on the menu. I think this would probably be like a combination order or one of those special order

but its korean ..just cause it says mbc on the side..and mbc is korean?
