I want to "major" in Premed, but I didn't take any advanced math and science courses. Do you think this will hurt my chances of getting accepted to my top colleges? My top choice is NYU. Should I declare myself as a biology major or something and change it to Premed when I get accepted? It's deceivng, but I want to get into my first choice...

I don't think schools are overly concerned with whatever major you put down, especially since most people change their mind at least once.

You should probably go with Biology. You can always change your mind (most do).

Sometimes, the major affects your decision.
My friend applied ED to Barnard with below average stats and got in.
Her major was architecture (they don't even require a portfolio).
My intended major is Japanese/East Asian Studies, which is a bit uncommon, so I'm hoping that works in my favor. One less poli-sci major, eh?

I think they are, because, well for a doctor at least, it takes A LOT of money to make one doctor. Some hundred thousand dollars +??
Anyways, if you didn't take that many great Science/Math classes, maybe going for a Bio major then changing it would be good?
