Body Figure, Skin And Height Help~! T_t

Well, just like the title; I really need help with my body figure, face skin and height..
school is starting for me soon and I really want to look my best (with out makeup) as possible~
Ok let's start off with my facial skin...it looks fine from afar but when you feel it,
some spots are soft and some spots are rough..O__o;;
My cheeks looks like they can be pinched and squeezed but when you do, it feels all hard

Can anyone give me advice for better and smooth skin without buying those fancy stuffs?

Ok now let's go to my height. I'm 4'11 and i'm 14 yrs old. My mom
wants me to be way tall and she forces me to drink milk but I wold do it for only
like 2 days and then quit and then start to drink milk 3 days later or something..
I've tried stretching to make me taller too but it's not working...any tips on how
to grow taller?

Alright last thing..my body figure. As I've said b4 I'm 4'11 and pretty short
and I weigh 107 pounds I calculated my BMI and I was average so I'm
ok about my weight, but my body figure is like crazy.gif
My arms are pin thin but my legs and thighs are HUGE
it's soo un-proportional.
Plus my stomach isn't a bundle of joy either....=___=;;
My mom tries and makeup these crazy excersize positions
but they don't work...
so anything to make my legs, thighs and stomach has less fat.?


Ah sorry for typing so much but please help~! TT^TT

My nose is always oily and so oil leads to bad stuff O__o;;
These like things on my nose
my mom says it's called "mụn cát" in Vietnamese but i have
no clue what it's called in English any people have it and can
help me get rid of it..?

Ok... one problem at a time.... Let's see what tips I can give you.

Face: You can use lotion/moisturizer/vaseline to soften it. I used to have rough spots but I used lotion + vaseline and they're smooth now. Beware though, vaseline doesn't work on every type of skin.

Height: You're 14 so you'll still grow [I think]. You can help a little bit by walking on your toes once in a while. If that doesn't work and you're still 4'11'', it's okay 8) You can ALWAYS wear high heels later.

Body: You have to keep exercising, it's the only way. Walk, do cardio, dance, swim. DON'T GET DISCOURAGED AND QUIT CUZ YOU'RE NOT SEEING results. You HAVE TO keep at it. And, for your stomach, do cardio + strict diet + 8 min abs [if you want sexy abs ^_~]. It works if you'd only keep doing it!

my advice would be to take up a sport, like tennis, volleyball, track, or one of the million other sports out there, and make sure you like it.
the whole exercising thing will help with your weight, probably tone your legs a bit, and will most likely make you grow at least a little taller.
and you might just have a late growth spurt. soo you never know. smile.gif

about your skin problem, drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and veggies, and cut back on the junk/processed food. it's so stereotypical, but it really works. and there's this drink you can make where you boil water, goij berries, and dried long yan/dragon eyes (it's a type of fruit). if you're chinese you should know what i'm talking about. my cousin drinks that every day and she has the best skin ever. it's totally free of pimples, her skin is really soft, and her complexion is really good.

ooh and don't expect to see results in like 3 days. it'll probably take about 2 weeks before your skin starts clearing up or before your weight goes down.

erm.... well for face you need to experiment, I did my research online and tried some products and method that didn't work for me since we're all different I keep on trying. Right now I'm using Biore Pore unclogging scrub and it makes my skin feel very clean but I only used it for a few day or so. As for body figure do Cardio to loose the weight you don't want and you can't target weight loss so you have to loose it over all, your height can't be changed much. So if your parents a short its most likely you'll be short too

O_O Isn't school starting like really really soon? I dont know if your desired results would be achieved in time for school..but..

Body Figure: Eat right! Run/jump rope/sports/anything!! Drink lots of water; Fruits/Veggies/Don't eat white rice?

Skin: Honey makes ur face soft. I put lemon on my face overnight and when i washed it off the next day it was super soft. uhhhmm; Do facials ~ exfoliate

Height: can't really make you grow..if your body is even still growing..then.. get ur sleep/eat right/excercise

O_O What you descirbed was pretty much like me. I'm Viet too xD
Height: Have you had any growth spurts yet? If you have, and you've already had your period for a few years, I'm sorry to say the chances of you growing any more than an inch or two is slim to none.
Body figure: I guess just exercise? Since school is starting for you soon, you would probably be enroleld in PE? So I would say try to continue exercising even when you don't have PE in school.

face: first of all don't use make up at your age since it can really leave bad effects later on the future.
since you have an oily nose all you can really do use those face wash products like clean&clear or neutrogena.

body: since school is almost starting, i'm going to say this again, should of started early then you could of waited for the results. you have to work out consistently for results to show up. so basically after working out everyday you have to wait about a week or two.
plus, i'm guessing you're going to be in high school so join some sports

height: you have to drink milk consistently. plus, if you had your growth spurts then it could and might be over. just let nature takes its course. you're young so don't get injured on the joints a lot so that doesn't stop the growing.

face: exfoliate to remove dry/rough patches of skin, wash your face every night/morning (neutrogena products work well for many people), and don't touch your face (it irritates skin & causes more zits). facial lotions are helpful also.

height: height is genetic, sorry to say. you're stuck with the lot you were born with - drinking milk will strengthen your bones, not lengthen them. you may have a couple of inches left to grow, as you're still pretty young. let nature take its course and become friendly with heels.

body: you can't do much for your figure between now and school without being unhealthy, but you'll probably be able to tone up pretty easily a month or two into school with daily walking or yoga/pilates. don't bother avoiding white rice - once you start eating those carbs again the weight will come right back. personally, I run every day, but sometimes this bulks people up more than anything. stay healthy!

Excerise and Eat Healthy. Also take some spa treatments whenever since those are soooooooo damn relaxing which IMO causes you to feel good about yourself in and out.

I think I know what you're talking about. What I think is best is try to exfoliate that part of your nose about twice a week at most and use a oil-reducing mask about once every two weeks. I used to have somewhat oily skin because of the climate and humidity of where I live. So I told my friend about it and she took me to one of those expensive spa things as a gift and I asked them how to reduce the oil and little "mụn cát" and they gave me a tube of algae exfoliates and a tube of some oil reducing cream/mask. I tried it and now my skins no as oily as before. And also, you can get those oil sheet blotters from your local store, it also helps in blotting all the oils on your face thus reducing pimples and other sorts of nasty things.

Start skipping, NOW! Play basket ball or just do jumping jacks too. Believe me, you want to do this. I'm only 4 foot 9" or so and I'm 18! It sucks. sad.gif Good luck.

exercise intensively, get 8 hours of sleep a night, eat a lot of protein 5-6 times a day.

- sprinter workouts ? o.O good luck ~ a lot of formative stuff is done when a person is between 1-5, then 6-12 is where a child can really pour on protein, chicken beef fish etc ...

you use protein to grow, rebuild, renew everything about your body ~ skin hair muscle tissue ~ milk has some protein. basically learn to be consistent but since your so young that is not so easy as you don't grasp how important it is forever and ever after in the days you will see tomorrow! biggrin.gif

hmm...everyone here has good advices...so....

skin wise, don't eat too much oily stuff. or to put it on even broader terms, watch what you eat. eat more veggies and fruits, and drink ALOT of water..not only will you see your weight drop, but you'll also have nice, dewey skin biggrin.gif
also, you're only 14, so if you have breakouts and skin problems, it's normal and it'll go away as you age. just remember not to pick at your breakouts and not to irritate them with makeup junk or they'll spread and leave scars !!!

as for height, all i can tell you to do is SLEEP !!! you're still growing right now, but if you sleep alot, it'll help you grow taller. of course, it also depends on other factors such as genetics and health, but...sleeping alot helps you grow taller also. wink.gif

Drinking milk does not help you to grow. It strengthens bones.
Do some exercises that work on your calves. It'll build and you will grow.
But just so you know, you're only 14. You have PLENTY of time.
Remember to get good nights sleep. It's more important that you think.

You can start building muscle in your arm. Or losing leg fat.
Stomach? There's 8 minute abs & etc.

If you have oily skin, just remember to wash your face. 3 times a day works.
Find a face wash that works for you. I use Biore and I like it a lot.
Don't ever try squeezing blackheads to get rid of them. They lead of scars.
I never tried using oil blotting sheets, but it's worth a try.
When you're sleeping, try to keep your hair out of your face.

I say you really shouldn't worry so much.
You're at a growing age. Just enjoy life without these worries. :D

I used this St.Ives olive scrub and it made my skin really soft. Then just use a moisturizer.

Well you could walk 30 minutes daily I plan on walking on this type of exercise machine(not a treadmill) for 30 minutes a day.

I saw this medicine on this website and it makes you grow a couple of inches in maybe 6 months or maybe it was a week I'm not that cute. So you could buy this type of medicine.

For your oily nose you should use a oil free cleaner and moisturizer.

Face: You should wash your face every morning and night with a moisturizer and cleanser. And don't forget to put on sunscreen (that's meant for your face!) and lotion, as well. You always have to take the best care of your face at the very least.

Height: Agreeing with posts prior, height is genetic. But, hey if it were possible, I'd give you a few inches since I'm 5'8" :T

Body: Eat healthy foods and many meals in small portions. Also exercise regularly.

BUT! If you want semi-fast results, I'd recommend doing Ock Ju Hyun's yoga tape (it can be found on YouTube by typing "Yoga and Weight Loss" There are six parts..I think.) everyday. Most people say that after a quick two weeks, they say that their jeans felt looser around the thighs and their stomach and hips feel tighter. I wouldn't necessarily say that you'd lose pounds, but you'll definitely see the results.
