alright. this is just like the critique my appearance thread.
make a comment or ask for advice, give suggestions for faster/better results.
upload your pictures and allow soompians to comment about you
be honest but be kind. don't insult people.












*this is me about 5 months ago.

i might looks like that then but i was putting on kids large tshirt. haha. not too bad.
i think that a small/medium in adult.

Status: (08/20/08)
Age: 18
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 185 lbs.
Bodyfat: 20%

i'm planning on losing twenty more lbs. then i'll add on muscle. i wanna reduce my bf% to 12%.

what do y'all think? am i near my goal? tongue.gif from 1-10 how do i look?
1 is super ugly. 5 being decent. 10 being hot stuff.

i have to agree that losing that 8% bf would be a good choice then adding
some intense mass. As for tips, diet hard and workout very hard.

umm honestly? a 4.
but it's not like you're a helpless case.
if you work out, lose some weight, your score could go up to a 7 in like 2, 3 months.

The sides need work. More cardio would take care of that.

/side note/ This type of thread is just asking for more cases of eating disorders.

I reckon all you need to do is weight work to just tone up your body. It does look like you're sucking in your tummy though, so I reckon do some ab work as well. smile.gif

I give you a 6 if you didnt suck your stomach in. There are way worse lookin guys out there. I hope you're lifting.

edit: oh yeah suggestions...don't forget to work out your legs. do squats or deadlifts. dont be one of those guys with a huge chest and chicken legs. always make sure your form is right.

i would say 5. if you work out, you'll look really good since you have a pretty good height.

you have curves, lol. but um, i dont know what to rate you, although working out to for a more muscular build would definitely be a plus. work on the sides a little more, the weight loss will come by itself.

i give you a 6, above average, but thats just because
there are a LOT more worse looking bodies i see on a daily basis

Im gonna say around 4. 5 is average, 6+ is good weight and some muscle.
