I Need A Place To Rent In Edmonton

I'll be posting this on which ever sub forum list that applies to Uni students

Hi, I'm going into U of A in the fall/winter 08, but I can't find any good places to rent for the upcoming school year. If you guys have anything, please let me know.

Heres what I'm looking for:
safe
close to U of A
no smoking, drinking, parties, pets
very acedemcally focused and quiet
under 500 or about 500
all utilities included
shared w/ U of A undergraduate preferably (max 3-4 ppl)
private rooms
no east indian/punjabi food
asian roommate - prefered
no basements please
straight ppl
