I just bought this LG Shine KE970 recently. I had it shipped from this one store in another state, so can't really go back there or anything. The problem is when I put in a memory card, it freezes up I have to remove the battery to turn it off. The weird thing is, it works fine without a memory card.

the second issue is, it loses signals completely sometimes, for a very long time, after I turn it on/off or discharge it from the computer

anyone have any idea what's wrong?

maybe your phone is defective or it can't read the memory card type that you inserted.
I would go back to the store you bought it and ask.

both my parents have a shine, i'll try
messing around w. it =] what kind of
memory card are you using? if its a
microSDHC, what class? the shine might
not be taking that kind of class mem
card =X how big is the card too, cuz
it might just not recognize it if its too
big for the phone to handle, i have an
HTC Hermes, and with its OG ROM, it
can only recognize up to 2GB microSDs
but after i hacked it w. a WM6.1 ROM
it can recognize my 8GB microSDHC
Class4 my phone can read up to
16GBs now *drool* LMFAOO
