What's Your Heart Rate? Resting heart rate - are you healthy?

People can also include their exercising heart rate too, if they want (exercise heart rate is a good indicator of the intensity of the workout). I hear it's more complicated to measure this, though.
Taking your resting heart rate is easy! Just make sure you are rested, obviously (which I bet most of you are, since you're sitting at the computer :] ). You can feel your pulse at your neck, chest, or wrist (these are just a few areas of many). Look at a clock, and count how many beats occur in one minute.
Average, healthy resting heart rates range from 60-80 bpm, but it really depends on age.
So what's your heart rate? Is it surprising to you? Do most of you keep track of your heart rate (I certainly don't!)?
If anyone has anymore info to add, that would be much love. :]

Seems the highest so far here. Probably it's because I just sat down a minute ago after roaming around the house.
