Has that ever happened to you, where you had to wait for a very long time?
Are you those people who will just get very impatient about it, like can't stand to wait for a table for an hour and just leave?
Or are you those type of person who is willing to stay for an hour because it is your favorite restaurant after all?

I think I would wait for an hour =P I mean if I was super hungry and it's my favorite restaurant, sure why not.
And no this not about the foods, it's mainly how impatient are you, and topic is focusing about waiting for tables at a restaurant.

I'm pretty patient if I dont have any plans for the rest of the day...so I'd wait if I'm craving for the food.

But yeah, I have to agree with the previous user---waiting for the food is much worst.

I think waiting for an hour is ridiculous. It takes around 30-45 mins to eat so I think I would go to another restaurant. Not my favourite restaurant no more.

I would wait patiently.
Once, we waited for 30 minutes, then someone suggested to go to the other restaurant.
I was like "Hey, we waited for 30 minutes already, a little more won't hurt."

I'm a pretty impatient person, so I usually don't wait for a table if it takes more than 1/2-1 hour.. Even if it's at my favorite restaurant. ;P

the lady on the counter gave us a ticket coz the waiting time was 40 minutes

Yeah, I don't mind waiting for tables but there are just some places out there that take forever with the food and takes even forever for people to come and even take your order for your drinks! I mean, my patience level depends on the food and how much I'm craving it but I'm usually a really patient person unless, of course, I need to be somewhere soon and don't have much time to just sit around waiting for a table.

Hmm... this reminds me of this one time I went with a bunch of my cousins to eat at a restaurant in celebration of their graduation. We waited for a pretty freaking long time, but the food was DELICIOUS!!

meh. i don't mind cuz there were benches to sit on..
& you get those cool flashy thingies that tell you when your table's ready 8D
the only thing that bugged me was it was cold
& people kept opening the door -.-;; LOL.

i've never had to wait too long.

the most was around 20 minutes.

waiting for the food takes much longer.
