or is everyone do think like they are in the scary movie and i'm just very dumb thinking that i'm the only

for me the only reason i get so scared easily is because i think like i'm the ACTUAL movie, walking around in those
places, it's more fun that way and more scary at the same time >__<;;

I don't envision myself in the situation, I just feel fearful for the main characters in scary movies. That's probably why I don't get as scared because I feel separated from what is going on the screen. But, bite my nails out of fear of what will happen to the characters haha.

For me, it feels like I can feel what the character is feeling. xD
Sometimes, I feel as if I were the character, it's fun.
At other times, I just laugh at the situation.

I only try to replace myself with the main character, only in mystery && action movies...never horror.
I just sit there and scream the heck out of my lungs. Other times, I curse out the actress/actor for doing stupid things. Of course I know its only a movie but its fun. ^ ^

I dunno.. not really, I don't really put myself into their shoes, but I get scared nonetheless

Good horror movies automatically place the viewer into the shoes of the characters.
You feel the way they feel and all that good stuff.

I really like it when that happens. That's when the fear starts to bleed through to your mind and suck you into its eerie atmosphere.

no...not really,coz for me movies is just for entertainment purposes so i don't put myself in the situation of the actors who are playing in the movie plus i don't wanna feel like i've been stabbed several times or i died in a gory way by a serial psycho killer or keep running just to survive or seeing a dead person with blood everywhere then he'll chase me and scared me to death ..dunno to everyone but i actually laughed sometimes when im watching a scary movie,i don't feel scared at all,its just entertainment

I don't...I don't think I'd ever get myself in those situations.
I guess you can say I'm the type of person who screams at the screen
Screaming at the characters "Are you stupid! Why would you go in there!"

Sometimes I do get scared though.
