Heelp! How to get thinner/slimmer legs!?

ok..Hi!!
i want thinner/slimmer legs smile.gif
any exersizes or something to do??
im not fat overall but i wanna loose some fat in my legs (upper legs)...without makin them too muscular haha
and by the way im a girl smile.gif

anyone know some tipsss or someeethiiiingggg

jog, eat less fry foods.
exercise is the key.

ashtanga yoga & pilates. theres too many positions to mention and most of them involve muscle lengthening. but the one that helps is the corkscrew in plates. coz it works & stretches ur legs mucles in every angle to give u an elongated look.

I'd recommend pilates! I love doing them smile.gif.

If you look through the next couple pages, I'm sure there's many topics like this one with suggestions.

my legs got hella toned after 2 weeks of 5x3minutes with 30 sec break, of skipping rope. And i dont mean those silly strings ones. Im talking about a couple of lbs heavy skip rope. I can show you where to get it, but you`ll probably have trouble doing it with out someone showing you.
