Almost everyone at one point in their life is unhappy with something physical about them. It's normal. Somethings you can change, somethings you can't; people need to learn to distinguish what they can and cannot change or what they are subconsciously unwilling to change. I've heard countless times of people crying i'm too fat or I need to start working out etc and etc and yet they do nothing about it. My reasoning? They're perfectly satisfied with the way they are and that's why they lack the motivation to put in the effort. For the most part, they're usually just fishing for a compliment.

Anyway, if you want to lose weight and see a huge change within a months time heres what you do.

Take either 15-40 minutes out of your day doing cardiovascular exercises. The intensity of the exercise depends on the time.

what works for me:

Everyday I try to run for at least 5k or for 40 minutes. This is if you can spare 40 minutes of your day.

5k is pretty easy to do and should not take you more than 30 minutes. unless you're really out of shape.

Do 5k for your first time, and time yourself. Next time you do it, just give yourself that extra push to try and beat your old time even if its only by a few seconds. After you've become confident running 5k, introduce wind sprints. This is where you run above your normal speed from anywhere between 30 seconds to a minute. 5k takes me 20-25 minutes.

Doing this for a a month every day, you'll definitely see a difference in your weight.

40 minute run. If I have a lot of time, run for 40 minutes non stop, only sprinting in intervals that you're comfortable with. Theres no sense in forcing your body to do something that you don't want to do. However, you should. For me, every 5 or 10 minutes i'll do a sprint for a minute. This is great for fat burning.

15 minutes, now if you're extremely strapped for time, do circuit training or box training. Basically you break your exercise into 4 categories: pushups, situps, chinups, squats. What you'd do is, do pushups for 3 minutes then do a 200m run, then do situps for 3 and then a run. do this for each exercise till 15 minutes is over. You'll feel extremely exhausted and you've probably just lost half a pound of fat.

Diet: My diet while i was in battle school

Breakfast
2 strips of bacon 2 egg whites and a bagle
or
1 bowl of cereal and 1 bowl of fruit

lunch
Soup and sandwhich

dinner
Salad
Fish/chicken
some carbs

eat whatever you want to eat, just don't over do it.
Never eat to when you feel like you're bloated. If you feel hungry its probably because you're bored, so go drink some water.

If you're one of those people who complain about weight and don't do anything, you're probably not as unsatisfied with yourself as you'd have other people think, so be happy.

And what if your physical insecurity is something other than your weight?
