Oh i've seen that in one of those fashion magazine.

I was thinking to try them out, but after I saw the price....

they are $80 per box (30 shots) .... they say take 2 shots/ day... so 80 bucks is only for 2 weeks worth?! pass!

im actually not desperate or lazy , but i eat too much for my hieght and weight (im 4'11 and eat over 4000 calories a day TT.TT: mind that im still around 100 lbs which is not ideal for my height)-so i just want to supress my hunger-i never feel full.... (i excercize, daily with cardio and weights btw)

Why don't you guys look up what palm oil and oat oil is. Not to mention it is under proprietary blend. Can you say 99% water?

i am a fluctuating 100 lbs 4'11 girl. (thats pretty big for a small girl=weight didn't get to me until last year. i was 90 lbs just a year ago.)
i DO eat alot. i actually counted my calories for the last 3 days (last week before), and found out i eat around 4000-6000 calories, but ive been eating less (or have been trying) and is around 4000 currently. i looked online, and for my height and weight i should be eating around 1000 calories, which is impossible for me before my stomach throws a tantrum at me. i am currently looking for a solution thats natural (i know i sound like a fatty, but if you've lived your whole life eating as much as i did, its not easy to just stop eating 2000 less calories than you've been eating before)
im constantly eating something as snacks (fruits, especially-along with some junkfood occasionally)-along with a big breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

i also work out daily.
i hit the gym, do cardio and weights, go out (and unfortuantely is mostly food outings with friends-mostly packed with fats and calories and alcohol), and jog daily in the morning.

In my opinion 4"11 at 100 pounds isn't too bad. As far as I know (I'm not that familiar with your metric system), 4"11 isn't too far from 5"1, thats my height and I'm 99/100 pound mark. I am not fat unless you're talking about Asian/crazy parent standards.
One year I put on 22 pounds. It's apart of growing up.

the placebo effect occurs with anything that you (the individual) feels is going to happen/work. (doesn't matter what it is. your brain/body just has to believe)
so for example, some patients are given sugar pills when they think they have cancer (lets say they dont and are just paranoid), and eventually they say their symptoms dissappear.
-in this case, thinking this is going to make you suppress your appetite, it will indeed (by placebo effect) suppress your appetite, not by the product itself, but by your brain.---but im still thinking this =might= work, so im still not going to say this is all on the placebo effect.

im the same weight as my friend who is 5'0 and i look fatter by a whole while...
i look pretty pudgy for my size, because im so little i have a butt, big thys and a beer belly

America's lifestyle is full of fast food = burger, etc. Also people eat their food faster because of the hectic, busy lifestyle.

In Europe, everything is done more slowly compared to America, so is eating.

you want to curb your appetite? eat healthier, its way easier to pack in calories eating dirty junk food, try meeting that 4-6k calorie limit (which i don't believe lol) eating clean foods. I guarantee you won't be able to eat 3k cals of clean foods

i know im not as knowledgeable in the nutrition area as you, or some others may be, but its not easy for me to stop eating.
i do eat a mix of junkfood, and healthy food-i know which is bad, but i really just wanted to get opinions.
and believe it or not, i do eat around 4k worth of food.
and i do believe thats the source where i can not lose weight.

i never took any diet forms of medication, and this is a first.
i just dont want to give up a little chance of natural (somewhat) form of hope. & i really dont want to take like actual pills (that has side effects and are chemically formed), you know?
